The Luhrs Tower is a 14-story, art deco design masterpiece established in 1929. Housed inside the Luhrs City Center, the Luhrs Tower was the tallest building in the southwest (185 ft) for decades. It was superseded by the Westward Ho, which is considered the city’s first skyscraper in 1927. The timeless office tower combines striking Art Deco styling with regional southwest and Spanish colonial influences and has been artfully restored with state-of-the-art amenities.
